Remove PDF Pages

When a PDF contains blank pages from scanning, duplicate cover pages, or outdated sections you no longer need, the Remove PDF Pages tool lets you delete precisely those pages without touching the rest of the document. The result is a clean, smaller PDF without the clutter.

Page removal is the complement of page extraction. Instead of specifying which pages to keep, you specify which pages to delete. All other pages remain in their original order. For example, entering 1, 3, 7 into a 10-page document produces a 7-page output with pages 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 10.

When to remove pages rather than extract:

• Your document has only a few unwanted pages and most of it is worth keeping
• Blank pages inserted by a duplex scanner need to be stripped
• A merged PDF has duplicate cover pages that appeared during the merge
• Confidential appendix pages need to be stripped before distributing the main report

The page removal operation is non-destructive to the remaining pages — content, annotations, hyperlinks, and fonts in the pages you keep are preserved at full quality.
