Merge PDF

The Merge PDF tool combines multiple separate PDF files into one unified document. Whether you are assembling a report from several chapters, collecting signed contract pages, or joining monthly invoices into a single archive, merging PDFs saves time and keeps your documents organised.

To merge PDFs, simply select or drag in all the files you want to combine. They are joined in the order you upload them, so select them in the sequence you want the final document to follow. The tool preserves every page at its original quality — fonts, images, embedded links, and bookmarks all carry through to the merged output.

There is no page count limit on the input files; you can combine a 200-page report with a 3-page cover letter without issue. The total combined file size must be within the 50 MB limit per upload session.

If some of your source files are password-protected, you will need to remove the password first using our Unlock PDF tool before merging. Once merged, if the resulting file is larger than you need, run it through our Compress PDF tool to reduce its size before emailing.

Security and privacy: Every upload travels over TLS-encrypted HTTPS. Files are processed in memory on our servers and wiped completely within one hour. No employee ever accesses your documents. Merging works in all modern browsers with no plugin required.
